At Busta House, food, especially Shetland produce, plays a major role in your experience. Shetland Hill Lamb, Fresh Seafood from… all around our islands – Muckle Roe Mussells, Yell Sound Scallops, Halibut, Haddock, Mackerel & Cod from Shetland Shores & Locally Farmed Salmon.
Even our milk and butter are locally produced, along with cream. And where we find that consistently high quality local produce is not available in the quantities we require, we don’t have to travel far – Orkney Cheese & beef are also world famous, and you’ll soon understand why.
Our kitchen team, headed by Daniel Okroj, know that their purpose is to please and delight you.
